Implementing “Gloria’s Law” would guarantee that EVERY PERSON in health and care settings has the legal right to an Essential Care Supporter that could support them in all circumstances.
Whatever’s happening in the world outside, if we’re in a care home or hospital, we should have the right to be supported by the person that knows us best.
