As many of you know Eleanor Hayward (and her team from the Daily Mail) backed our Campaign before Christmas when we were pushing for changes to the Guidance and trying to gain access to rapid tests for relatives. Eleanor is back on care homes now and as ever is keen to do all she can to help. We spoke to her yesterday and in today’s paper she covered the need for emergency legislation to enshrine our rights as essential family Carers in law. We’re gaining a huge amount of publicity now – which is the culmination of weeks of work behind the scenes.
