Johnson allies telling us to move on is an insult and kick in the teeth, say Covid bereaved families

Families who lost loved ones during the Covid-19 pandemic have said the result of the Prime Minster’s confidence vote is a “kick in the teeth.

Boris Johnson and his allies have called on critics to “move on” from the lockdown breaching scandal after Conservative MPs voted in support of him at Monday evening’s no-confidence secret ballot.

But while the Prime Minister and his supporters are keen to leave Partygate in the past, Covid-bereaved families have told i they cannot forgive and forget the scandal while Mr. Johnson remains in power.      Please click here to read the whole article
