A House of Commons debate on Thursday 27th October will see MPs discuss guaranteeing the right to maintain contact in care settings

Families who fear being cut off from relatives in care homes this winter are urging MPs to back their campaign to enshrine visiting rights in law ahead of a Commons debate this week.

A general debate on Thursday will see MPs, including Labour’s Dan Carden, the Conservative Party’s Tracey Crouch and Liberal Democrat Deputy Leader Daisy Cooper discuss guaranteeing the right to maintain contact in care settings.
